Role purpose:

Within the marketing SME acquisition Squad, the BID Specialist is responsible to find the best proposition to win higher value deals on the SME segment and optimize standard campaigns process.


The main goal are:


  •    Design in collaboration with product manager, implement and manage acquisition campaign (standard and automatic campaigns)
  •     Manage high value ARPA customers acquisition balancing all customer needs, SME offering portfolio and pricing in order to provide the best solution and to ensure short and long term competitive positioning and profitability.

 

The BID Specialist works closely with Product Managers on competitive analysis scenario to define the best pricing strategy, design and implement action to maximize customer profitability in order to reach P&L target.

The BID Specialist also works closely with sales team to provide an ad hoc, complete and competitive commercial and technical solution. He is the focal point for each ad hoc proposition within the SME segment.

 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

·       Coordinate internal sales approval process in case of non-standard pricing;

·       Assess and analyse progress against target and budget;

·       Monitor the sales funnel and work with the sales channel to define the best strategy to win the higher value deals;

·       Develop proposal strategy providing added value to sales process tools and methods;

·       Design and negotiate Business Cases to support new campaign or process that need to be launched, renewed or replaced
