The Contract Manager is in charge of performing a control for all Tier 0and Tier 1 deals (the most complex deals within Corporate Segment) to ensure consistency between the contract, the P&L and the solution designed (with specific focus on SLA and related penalties, activation plan versus the revenues one and back-to-back contractual conditions.
The role requires deep knowledge and consolidated experience in CLM (Contract Life Cycle Management), in detail:
Customer requirements analysis, i.e. commercial,technical, legal, service model, SLA;
Contract drafting and creation;
Contract monitoring both in the execution and in the post - delivery phase, with the aim of reducing business risks and maximizing financial performance.
In addition, the role involves experience in contract management, including dealing with any dispute related to both customers and third parties / partners. At last, it is important to approach problems and opportunities with a risk-based-thinking method in order to have a clear view of the risks, route causes and to address appropriate actions.
