CVM Product Manager
This position is about designing, launching and measuring customer base campaigns on Vodafone business customers.
You will be in charge of developing a competitive customized offer for upselling, cross selling and renewal in order to valorize and defend the strongest asset of our business: our customer base.
You will be responsible for every aspect of the customer life and its journey, starting from targeting and profiling the customers, working on different propositions of offer, pricing, and materials and monitoring response and attachment to the proposals.
To achieve your objective, you will have to interact with all business departments involved in customer management. To grant an effective achievement you will have to interact and build a trusted and proficient partnership with sales channels.
Preferably, you already have experience in sales or working closely with the sales department, and you have a deep understanding of the telecommunication industry within the Italian market.
You will be responsible for budget planning and forecasting as well as target achievement and budget performance.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Profiling customer base
- Design and develop customized upsell/cross sell and renewal campaigns
- Design and negotiate Business Cases to support customized offer
- Assess and analyze progress campaign target and business budget
- Design and deliver go to market activities on customer base
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Analytical skills
Ability to analyse data with business lenses
Sales experience (both b2b and b2c), with interest to have a marketing experience
Good relational skills in dealing with multiple stakeholders
