About the role


As a member of the Artificial Intelligence TOBi Team, your main mission will be to guarantee a lean omnichannel customer experience in caring for Mobile and fixed Customers interacting with TOBi, the Vodafone Digital assistant. More specifically the person we're looking for is business oriented with a related background. He/she will work closely with coders, designers and analysts in a multi-disciplinar team in order to create prototypes, design and build modules and solutions in an iterative agile cycles.

Main responsabilities:


•Understand areas of usage of TOBi for our Consumer and Business customers


•Monitor and optimize AI engine working in collaboration with IT team to understand and optimize the functioning of Neural Networks


• ImproveTOBi resolution working on dialogue optimization and new functionalities development


• Expand TOBi on all Vodafone Channels guaranteeing a coherent customer experience

Key skills:


• 2-4 years working experience in Digital contests – preferably related to implementing AI to an operations environment


•Excellent analytical mindset, high attention to detail and desire to make improvements


• Hands-on knowledge of AI solutions – improving resolution and customer satisfaction


• Strong communication and presentation skills, enthusiasm and motivation; fast learner and team player


• Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian
