Role Purpose


The candidate will join the IT Customer Value Management (CVM) team, within the Information Technology department and will be responsible of the systems managed in the area (Campaign management, NBO, Real Time Marketing, Digital Customer Interactions, Rewarding Platform), the analysis and design of new technical solutions and the governance of the vendors. The candidate will also lead high technology projects in an international and challenge environment, inside a big and complex Company Business Transformation program and in an agile organization. An extensive experience in Campaign management and Loyalty systems and in design technology solutions is mandatory.



Main Activities and Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the design, development and on-going support of CVM systems
  • Manage the projects assigned to achieve the business requirements within the agreed timelines with high quality and in an Agile work environment
  • Governance of the Suppliers and all the stakeholders
  • Projects and budgets management
  • Interact with other IT Design & Development teams and Business Users for the definition of the requirements and the new solutions;
  • E2E delivery responsibility of the projects of the area
  • Collaborate strictly with Operation teams in order to assure the best E2E service to the final customers




Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:


  • Experience of at least 5-7 years on IT applications and business processes design
  • Strong knowledge of Business Support Systems. In particular it is required deep experience in Campaign and Loyalty program solutions
  • Experience in designing new architectures and applications in complex environments
  • Experience in project management
  • Good understanding of SOA Architectures including Rest and SOAP API;
  • Attitude to plan and organize work to deliver project as agreed
  • Great communication and influencing skills
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in English
  • Bachelor degree in computer science and/or engineering
  • Great willing to work and to learn new skills



Preferred Qualification and Experiences


  •  3 years of working experience in similar roles or in Telco market
  •  Experience of IBM Unica Campaign/Interact software or similar
  •  Experience with Marketing platforms (WCA, Urban airship, Adobe, Pega,..)
  •  Experience with cloud service provider solutions or big data environments
  •  Experience in a large enterprise work environment
  •  Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred)
  •  Knowledge of data security and privacy regulation
