The Corporate Sales Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing existing as well as acquiring prospect customers. He / she manages the account relationship as well as sales cycles, reaching from mapping of clients’ buying centres, opportunity identification & opportunity roadmap, offer proposal and negotiation. The Corporate Sales Account Manager coordinates the multi-functional Vodafone project team and external partners as appropriate in order to guarantee a seamless customer experience. He / she acts as a consultant to the customers’ business and starves for identifying the best fitting solution / service with the aim of improve the clients’ business efficiency and overall satisfaction.  

 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

 

  • Maintain and develop existing and acquire prospect customers.

  • Identify and sell the full range of Vodafone services / solutions (customized as required) in order to reach individual sales targets

  • Strong collaboration within the team to maximize team-results

  • Provide customer base with high-value consultancy approach offering the best suitable solution, improving efficiency  / quality of clients’ processes

  • Reach exceptional customer satisfaction

  • Contribute actively to the further improve sales practices by sharing of best practices

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and market trends in order to timely address new opportunities as well as promote the development of existing & new services

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

 

  • Previous B2B sales experience;

  • Consultancy sales approach

  • Sales experience in ICT, IT solutions and broad understanding of service proposition is a plus

  • Good knowledge of English

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

 

  • Experience in directly managing customers

  • Strong commercial acumen

  • Excellent negotiation skills and problem solving attitude

  • Proven ability in working through the entire sale cycle

  • Strong sense of proactivity

  • Target orientation

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
