About The Role

The Marketing Customer Base Expert is in charge of defining and implementing strategies to maintain and increase our customer base, ensuring the best possible experience for the client.

 

Responsibilities

  • Understands and is accountable for the client throughout the whole lifecycle

  • Develops strategies and actions to manage churn prevention and retention on the customer base, as well as exploiting upselling opportunities

  • Identify and manage cross-sell / up-sell opportunities that drive growth, helps build awareness and enhances brand credibility

  • Coordinates the implementation of such strategies/ opportunities leveraging the multi-functional, agile team, as well as other stakeholders

  • Monitors results and adjust accordingly
