The National Account Manager is accountable for leading and supporting key VGE accounts in Italy with the main objectives of meeting financial targets and customer satisfaction.


Key accountabilities and decision ownership


  • Drive accelerated revenue growth & acquire new business by identifying potential markets for new and existing products and services in accounts
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities and leads which may come from meetings, clients, other sales force, vendors and others.

  • Directs strategic national account planning, account development and leadership of the nominated Vodafone Global Enterprise accounts

  • Develop & maintain C-level relationships with key accounts

  • Timely & accurate revenue & new business value forecasting



Core competencies, knowledge and experience:


  • Proven track record in successfully acquiring new business including solution sales within large, MNCs

  • Fluent in English and Italian

  • Proven track record of ability to manage stakeholders in a matrix organization

  • Team building and collaborative approach



    Must have technical / professional qualifications:


    • Degree in Business Administration (BBA) or similar an advantage

    • Sales experience in ICT industry preferred (minimum of 5 years)

    • Experience in managing large multi-national accounts across multiple functions and decision makers, including C-level relationship
