  Our Team:

As NAO Operations Manager (IoT Development), you will work closely with the Real Time Operations Team and Technical Support team to deliver the end to end IoT service.  You will work to be continually improving the IoT operation through digital and automation initiatives.  You will work closely with the operational towers to understand the day to day challenges and support in improvement activities.

You will work closely with the other operational leads to ensure that the end to end service of IoT is delivered. 

  With us you will:
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of the IoT operation, with a focus on digital improvement to improve the experience of the team and our customers.
  • Interaction with other NAO domain leads to ensure end-to-end service is delivered to meet KPI’s.
  • Represent NAO in discussion with the wider business around changes in strategy that relate to operational improvements.  Manage discussions with wider IoT tower owners to ensure full representation.
  • Delivery of new projects into operations on time and with no operational exceptions.
  • Participation in on-call duty manager rota to support 24x7 escalations on IoT service. 
Apply if you have 
  • Awareness of technical elements that make up the IoT solution.

  • Working knowledge of automation and digital solutions that can improve operational efficiency and visibility.

  • Working knowledge of the Vodafone IoT solution and the customer solutions delivered over it is preferred
