As NAO Operations Manager (IoT Real Time Operations) – you will provide a key role and be responsible for leading the IoT 24x7 Operation – first and second line support. This role is responsible for the matrix management of the suppliers (internal and external) who provide the IoT service. You will drive to continually evolve the operation with the adoption of digital and agile methodologies.
You will work closely with the other operational leads to ensure that the end to end service of IoT is delivered.With us you will:
- Incident detection and resolution 24x7.
- Delivery of IoT change 24x7.
- Management of IoT delivery organisations (TSSR, CapGemini, Vendors) to meet key KPIs.
- Escalation and interaction to key suppliers to ensure timely resolution of incidents and problems – e.g . VBPS, GNED, Vendors.
- Interaction with domain leads to ensure end to end service is delivered.
- Identify and participate in initiatives to continually improve service e.g problem and risk management, customer improvement plans, network improvements.
- Participation in on-call duty manager rota to support 24x7 escalations on IoT service.
Apply if you have:
Technical understanding of the key technologies that make up the IoT solution.
Working knowledge of at least one key technology area which makes up the IoT solution
Understanding of the key technologies that support the delivery of the IoT solution.
Working knowledge of the Vodafone IoT solution and the customer solutions delivered over it. Is preferred
