Role purpose:

This position is about designing, launching and measuring the Offer and Go to Market activities related to fixed line and convergence propositions for Vodafone SOHO customers (<10 employees). You will do so by working within the SOHO Agile Squad and as such actively participating to the agile methodology as followed by Vodafone Business.


You will be responsible for every aspect of the offer including regularly benchmarking against competition, pricing strategy, developing and coordinate the product capability roadmap, selling tools and collaterals. To achieve your objective you will have to interact with all Vodafone Business departments involved in product development and implementation, including IT, Network and Finance.


You will be responsible for budget planning and forecasting for what concern Fixed Line and Convergence services. You will be involved in target setting and monitoring. You will be responsible for budget performance on a weekly basis in accordance with Sales and Channel strategy. 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

·       - Design and Follow up Fixed Line Product roadmap

·       - Design and negotiate Business Cases to support new product or processes          that need to be launched, renewed or replaced

·       - Assess and analyse progress against budget and sales forecast

·       - Launch and follow up on monthly promotional offer and measure related             impact on weekly sales forecast and budget

·       - Design and deliver regular offer trainings and roadshow to both direct and           indirect sales


Core Competencies

·       - Passionate for Marketing product development

·       - Willingness to learn and teamwork through agile methodology

·       - Strong confidence with budget and planning analysis

·       - Ability to design and defend a Business Case within a complex stakeholders       audience

·      -  Strong communications skills, comfortable interfacing with different                       audiences of varied levels of seniority

·       - Knowledge of the technical offer and Canvass process is not required but           considered a plus
