Role purpose:

 

This position is about designing, launching and measuring the Offer and Go to Market activities related to mobile and fixed line propositions for Vodafone Public Sector customers. You will be in charge of developing a competitive portfolio of connectivity solutions and managed services, and deliver training and support to Key Account Managers and Pre-Sales so to reach revenue targets on the domestic Public Sector market. You will have to support the sales team to identify and manage opportunities and deliver complex solutions, drive the cost optimization for both off the shelf products and custom solutions, provide guidelines and share best practices.  

 

You will be responsible for every aspect of the offer including positioning against competition, pricing strategy, complementary offer definition through partnerships development management, developing appropriate selling tools and collaterals. To achieve your objective you will have to interact with all corporate departments involved in product development and implementation.

 

You will be also responsible for:

· budget planning and forecasting for the Public Sector market, coordinating with Finance

· ensure the correct interpretation of the figures in order to foresee opportunities and threats and show great confidence with budget analysis.

· conjecture possible solution to eventual threat and ensure that the consequent steps are taken

 


 

  Key accountabilities 

  • Adapt product and services of the Corporate Mobile offer and CorporateFixed Line Networks (WAN, MAN, IP VPN Layer 3,Layer 2, Videoconference, VoIP etc.) to the Public Sector market;
  • Design and negotiate Business Cases to supportnew product orprocesses that need to be launched, renewed or replaced

  • Assess and analyse progress against sales target and corporate budget  

  • Design and deliver regular offer trainings to presales, key account managers and coordinators of indirect agencies

  • Support pre-sales and bidmanagement in defining the appropriate deal pricing strategy as requested.

  •   Core compentencies

  • Passionate for Marketing product development and Corporate portfolio in general (ICT , Cloud, Vertical solutions etc.)

  • Willingness to learn and teamwork across all Marketing Corporate and  related functions

  • Confidence with budget and planning analysis

  • Ability to design and defend  a Business Case within a complex stakeholders audience

  • Strong communications skills, comfortable interfacing with different audiences of varied levels of seniority

  • Knowledge of the technical offer and Canvass process is not required but considered a plus

  • Support pre-sales and bid management in defining the appropriate deal pricing strategy as requested.
