In this role you will be closely engaging with the Vodafone Business Sales Team to support them on key Sales areas as performance management, tools, targeting or commissions. You will also provide them with key Sales insights that will help them to drive the business better. You will also largely engage with other parts of Vodafone Business Sales Operations and the Vodafone Shared Services Centres, which will support you with tools and processes

  • Forecasting / targets definition – understand the potential of each customer and marshal resource availability to maximise revenues
  • Analysis and insights – analyse existing gaps and define improvement actions. Identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Requirements building  - translating customer needs into functional requirements, reflecting local aspects of Vodafone Business within regional footprint
  • Sales enablement and performance management – measuring the impact of sales led changes on the key sales metrics, regular performance reviews, training, support
  • Data maintenance – keep data in the systems up-to-date (e.g. allocations, hierarchy)
  • Continuous transformation – reconciling long range plans (sales goals) with long term sales support structure


  •  Experience in Pre-sales, Sales and Post-sales roles
  • Passionate about Sales Operations function role
  • Experience of influencing a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to function within a multi-national, multi-region matrix organisation
