  • Builds and maintains customer relations with strategic accounts that typically involve an international partner or major global accounts
  • Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities 
  • Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers
  • Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
  • Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with thecustomer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
  • Conception and proposition of strategic communication paths, in orderto provide our Clients with a consistent consultancy support;
  • Identification and sharing of a “vision” and business objectives with our Clients
  • Set up account plan for strategic customer, leading account roadmap of activities;
  • Assure the Clients’ portfolio development, through up-selling and cross-selling actions, in order to achieve the assigned budget;
  • Supervision and coordination of projects, with a steady check on customer satisfaction;
